In this position, you will be responsible for:  

  • Developing trusted relationships with a portfolio of major clients to ensure high customer satisfaction 
  • Acquiring a thorough understanding of key customer needs and requirements 
  • Planning and managing periodic strategic executive level meetings with the customer 
  • Driving and closing Sectra product and services business within the defined customer set to meet quota objectives 
  • Expanding the relationships with existing customers by continuously proposing solutions that meet their objectives  
  • Functioning as the Product expert and be the liaison between the customer and Product Management  
  • Leading and participating in workflow and technical discussions with the customer 
  • Ensuring the correct products and services are delivered to customers in a timely manner  
  • Working cross-functionally within Sectra’s organization  
  • Working closely with the Customer Support organization to help resolve outstanding customer issues 
  • Maintaining and managing timely and accurate information in Sectra’s CRM system  
  • Preparing regular reports of progress and forecasts to internal and external stakeholders using key account metrics  


Requirements

For this position, the following requirements apply: 

  • A college degree in Computer Science or other IT related engineering field  
  • Good academic performance and grades 
  • Fluency in English  
  • Proven experience in sales of complex IT systems, preferable within the medical field  
  • Strong negotiating skills 
  • Driven

  • Speak more languages than those required above 
  • Have interests besides work, such as sports, sports leader, music, horseback riding, singing, or anything else that makes you stand out from the crowd 
  • Have experience with other cultures  
  • Have experience in medical imaging  
  • Have experience from, or a deep interest in, the clinical use of software applications in the health domain 
  • Experience in an established network in high level hospital management
