Systems Integration Analyst

Full Time – Remote/Hybrid

We are looking for a Systems Integration Analyst that is responsible for deeply understanding the business in multiple functional areas and across the healthcare system, as well as understanding the application landscape and capabilities. This is the second level of a three level career path.

We are seeking someone who has healthcare system HL7 messaging understanding (Implementation/Conversion/Projects) as well as practical experience with Cloverleaf Interface Engine and Epic Bridges and AIX is a plus. May also support secure file transfer process. You will need to be able to work independently with general guidance on new projects when needed. Strong problem-solving skills and strong organizational skills are keys to the success of this role.

The person in this role will:

  • Ensure requirements are aligned to project scope, objectives and strategies.
  • Demonstrate excellent listening, communication, and facilitation skills.
  • Collaborate with customers and internal project teams to identify interface requirements, map data elements, perform interface configuration and data setup, creation of design documents, and conduct testing and validation.
  • Manage and communicate technical timelines for your design, build and testing.
  • Quickly learn new technologies and apply this knowledge.
  • Comply with change control processes.


  • Education: Bachelor's Degree or Equivalent work experience.
  • License/Certifications: Software Certifications. Certified in Bridges. Cloverleaf Level 2 Certification.
  • Experience: 4-5 years' healthcare experience.
  • Substantial HL7 knowledge.
  • Team Player.
  • Seeks ways to improve team, self, and performance.
  • Strong multi-tasking and prioritization skills.
  • Facilitation skills.
  • Problem solving skills.
  • Strong business knowledge/acumen.
  • Clear understanding, utilization, and development of workflows.
  • Mastery of program development and configuration tools.
