Organization History

Kreg Corporation was founded in 1983 by Gregory R. Ferguson and Stephen W. Kreter. The founders saw an emerging marketplace in the personal computer and broke away form a timeshare company to start Kreg Corporation.
Since forming in 1983, Kreg’s objectives have been to deliver quick access to pertinent, accurate information via state of the art systems that are easily maintained, user friendly and provide rapid return and recurring return on investment for each customer. The products that Kreg has offered over the years have been reflective of the technology and needs of the client organizations. Currently there are three major product lines. They are eContracts & Claims Management, eBudgeting & Management Reporting, and eClinical & Financial Management.
EV-CMA is the contract management module of Kreg’s Enterprise Vision ® Decision Support Suite. EV-CMA calculates an expected payment on a claim-by-claim basis for Hospitals, Physician Offices, ambulatory surgery centers, and others. The calculated expected payment is based off of actual contract terms entered by the client, not the vendor. This approach allows the client to work at their convenience on Payment Compliance, Denial Management, and Contract Modeling capabilities.
Kreg’s eBudgeting and Management Reporting suite includes EV-Bud for general ledger budgeting and variance reporting, EV-Pay for employee level salary budgeting, EV-Rev for revenue budgeting with price sensitivity analysis and variance reporting, EV-Cap for efficient multi-year capital asset budgeting and variance reporting and in an intranet-based application to allows your “customers” enterprise-wide access to key information.
EV-PLM, Kreg Information Systems’ Product Line and Patient Level Management System, offers healthcare providers a powerful software tool for dealing with many of the strategic and operational planning issues affecting their success. Managed care requires the building of efficiencies to foster cost reduction, market expansion and revenue improvement. EV-PLM provides you with a fully costed patient level database to address these issues from a number of different perspectives.
