Organization Overview
Open Door Family Medical Center is a federally qualified health center with nine locations in suburban Westchester County, New York, just north of New York City. Open Door is an NCQA Recognized, Level 3 Patient Centered Medical Home and has a robust health information technology platform and was the winner of the HIMSS Davies Award for Community Health in 2010.
Organization History
Founded as a free clinic in the basement of a local church 40 years ago, Open Door has served low income people since it's founding and provides care of the highest quality thanks to Board Certified physicians and other clinical staff.
