Access Community Health Network (ACCESS) is Chicagoland’s largest private primary health care provider to the underserved and the nation’s largest community health center organization.
ACCESS operates 50 community health center locations and one oral health center in underserved, low-income neighborhoods throughout the Chicago region, providing close to 600,000 primary care visits to 200,000 individuals.
