The Advantage Healthcare Technology Solutions team is comprised of healthcare IT professionals with extensive management consulting experience in clinical workflow, assessment of bedside nursing care management applications, health care administration, and business operational process improvements. Advantage has provided professional solutions consultants to more than 100 implementation projects, deploying over 5,000 clinical and consulting resources. On average, Advantage Healthcare Technology specialists have in excess of 15 years experience, each participating in more than 8 Go Live events. More than 80% of our staff is clinically credentialed as well as experienced in healthcare workflow analysis. Their knowledge helps bridge the communication gap between technology and our clients’ staff, making for a smooth and successful HIS transition encompassing EHR, Revenue Cycle and other ancillary systems. What’s more, our senior leadership is well known in the industry and have all worked in various consulting, implementation and project management roles, both as clients and as consultants.
Our services are completely scalable: We will take responsibility for one phase of the project or Advantage can manage the entire process.
