The Community Partnership of Southern Arizona (CPSA) is the administrative organization responsible for the coordination of publicly-funded behavioral health treatment and prevention services in Southern Arizona. CPSA is a community-based, non-profit organization that is dedicated to ensuring that individuals and families receive accessible, high-quality behavioral health services that are member and family driven, recovery oriented, respectful of cultural differences, and foster hope and self-determination.
