Organization History
Founded in 1945 as a supplier of flooring and other products to hospitals in the US, First Healthcare (originally Resco) originated the ringbinder patient charting system in 1967 and quickly became a leader in charting workflow improvement. As the healthcare community has evolved into EMR First has brought our many decades of learning in patient charting workflow to this transition. Today, we are a leading supplier of innovative equipment solutions for point of care EMR applications.
