FITZGERALD ASSOCIATES (www.fitzsearch.com), founded in 1988, is a retained executive search firm that specializes in the recruitment of senior healthcare professionals for firms involved in the Medical Enterprise – payers, providers and vendors.

We have worked with HMOs, PPOs, group health insurance companies and a variety of clients whose offerings include: disease management, e-health, behavioral health, call center operations, medical devices, home health, tele-health monitoring, software systems and services, claims and data analytics, workers’ comp, and health promotion and wellness services.

We have completed assignments for clinical and non-clinical professionals for medical management, consulting, sales, marketing, executive, administrative, operational, financial, and product development roles. Assignments for Information Management professionals have included CIOs, data analysts, systems and software engineers, implementation managers, product and project managers, sales, marketing and business development professionals.
