Organization Overview
The Kentucky Hospital Association (KHA), is a non-profit association established in 1929, representing hospitals, related health care organizations, and integrated health care systems and is dedicated to sustaining and improving the health status of the citizens of Kentucky.
In asserting leadership and providing assistance to members, KHA:
* Represents and advocates the interest of hospitals in the development and implementation of health policies that enhance their ability to deliver health care services to their communities
* Provides services to hospitals that encourage and assist them in fulfilling their responsibilities in a cost-effective manner
* Establishes affiliations or joint ventures to augment and support the programs of the Kentucky Hospital Association and its subsidiaries
