Surgical Information Systems, LLC (SIS) is the perioperative IT specialist providing software solutions that are
uniquely designed to add value at every point in the surgery and anesthesia process. As the leader in
perioperative interoperability, all SIS solutions are architected on a single database and integrate easily with other
hospital systems. SIS offers the only surgical scheduling system endorsed by the American Hospital Association
(AHA), and a rules-based charging system that has been granted Peer Reviewed status by the Healthcare
Financial Management Association (HFMA).
SIS is dedicated to helping hospitals increase the efficiency of their operating rooms. The OR accounts for up to
60% of a hospital’s revenue and up to 70% of operating margin. Our completely integrated solutions support
hospital goals of improving clinical outcomes by meeting the unique needs of the OR in the areas of scheduling,
materials management, tissue management, nursing and anesthesia documentation, charge capture,
communications, and analytics.
