Organization Overview

Wise Health System has been continuously accredited by the Joint Commission since 1982. The system also is affiliated with Baylor, Scott & White Health, one of the most highly regarded health care systems in the world today. Wise Health System currently provides inpatient and outpatient services at more than 90 locations in and around the Dallas-Fort Worth Metroplex. These include hospital facilities, primary care/specialty clinics, physical therapy and rehabilitation centers, imaging centers and bariatric surgery program offices. 403 (b) Retirement Plan – You may enroll at any time. At one year of service, eligible employees can receive WHS matching contributions of 33 1/3 percent up to six percent of base rate contributions. Amounts contributed into the 403(b) retirement program will be subject to limitations imposed by Federal regulations. Vesting of 403 (b) at 100 % upon completion of five years of service.

Paid Time off (PTO):
All regular full-time employees who have completed their trial employment period are eligible to use PTO. Paid time off will be provided to eligible employees based on their length of continued employment with the hospital and the paid hours worked each pay period. Regular full-time employees accrue paid time off based on hours worked and paid benefit hours as follows:
