Provide direct nursing care in a diverse outpatient oncology setting.
Administer chemotherapy, immunotherapy, and other medications according to protocol.
Assess patient conditions during visits and coordinate ongoing care.
Support patient education and advocacy during treatment and in survivorship.
Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to tailor interventions to patient needs.
Document patient care and outcomes to maintain accurate records.
Strong clinical skills in oncology and patient care management.
Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills.
Ability to administer oncology treatments and manage common side effects.
Capability to work effectively in a multidisciplinary team.
Skills in documentation and health informatics.
