THE ROLE
As Director of Strategic Sales, you will own the full sales cycle for our care coordination and provider program solutions — from prospecting and C-suite relationship building to contract close. You will be the face of our company to pharma brand teams, patient services leaders, and market access executives.
This is a high-trust, high-autonomy role designed for someone who thrives at the frontier: selling a category-defining AI platform into an industry that is just beginning to understand what's possible
WHAT YOU'LL DO
Pipeline & Revenue
Build and manage a pipeline of pharmaceutical manufacturer accounts targeting brand, patient services, and medical affairs stakeholders
Drive end-to-end sales cycles from prospecting through contract execution
Meet and exceed annual revenue targets for care coordination and provider program services
Relationships & Strategy
Cultivate executive relationships with VP/SVP-level decision makers in Patient Services, Brand, and Market Access
Partner with clinical and product teams to translate AI capabilities into compelling pharma-facing solutions
Represent the company at industry conferences (ASHP, PCMA, HBA, eyeforpharma

Requirements
WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR
Required
5+ years selling to pharmaceutical manufacturers in patient services, hub services, care coordination, or specialty pharmacy
Proven track record of closing six- and seven-figure contracts with pharma brand or patient support teams
Deep understanding of pharma patient support program structures (HUB, specialty pharmacy, copay, access)
Preferred
Experience at a HUB services, specialty pharmacy, or clinical CRO organization
Exposure to AI, automation, or digital health solutions in a commercial context
Knowledge of provider engagement models, clinical nurse networks, or care management programs
Existing relationships with VP+ stakeholders at major pharma or biotech companies
Comfort selling a tech-enabled or SaaS product, not just services
Experience with rare disease, oncology, or specialty therapeutic areas
MBA or clinical background (RN, PharmD, PA) is a plus
