This is not a role for someone who needs a roadmap handed to them. Andor Health is looking for an elite sales executive — someone who has already won at the highest level in healthcare technology and is hungry to do it again at a company that is genuinely ahead of the market.

WHAT YOU WILL DO
Own a high-value territory of health systems, IDNs, and large provider organizations — full cycle from prospecting through close
Navigate complex, multi-stakeholder enterprise deals with CMOs, CNOs, CIOs, CFOs, and frontline clinical leaders
Build and manage a disciplined pipeline, bringing rigor and predictability to your forecasts
Develop executive relationships that become long-term strategic partnerships, not one-time transactions
Collaborate with clinical, product, and implementation teams to design solutions tailored to each customer’s care model
Represent Andor Health at premier industry forums, executive briefings, and healthcare AI conferences
Provide competitive intelligence and market feedback that shapes product and go-to-market strateg

Requirements
WHAT YOU BRING
Required
7+ years of enterprise sales experience in healthcare technology, digital health, or clinical services — with a track record that speaks for itself
Consistent history of meeting or exceeding quota on complex, six- and seven-figure deals
Deep fluency in how health systems operate — clinical workflows, care coordination, revenue cycle, workforce models
Proven ability to sell to and build trust with C-suite clinical and operational buyers simultaneously
A hunter’s mentality combined with the strategic patience to navigate long enterprise cycles
Exceptional communication, presence, and the ability to command a room from the boardroom to the bedside
Strongly Preferred
Prior experience selling AI, clinical decision support, virtual care, or care management platforms
Existing C-suite relationships at health systems or large integrated delivery networks
Experience scaling revenue at a high-growth digital health company
