Join CORA Physical Therapy as a Digital Health Specialist in our Healthcare & Medical Services department. In this full-time role, you’ll support clinicians by implementing and optimizing digital health tools—telehealth, EHR, remote monitoring, and patient engagement platforms—to enhance access, outcomes, and patient experience. You’ll train staff, streamline workflows, support data and quality initiatives, and ensure HIPAA-compliant, accurate documentation. Implement and optimize digital health tools to support outpatient rehab care
Coordinate virtual and in-clinic patient journeys to enhance outcomes and access
Train and support clinicians in using EHR, telehealth, and remote monitoring platforms
Monitor digital workflow performance and recommend process improvements
Support data collection, reporting, and quality initiatives across clinics
Educate patients and families on use of digital tools for care and home programs
Collaborate with therapists and support staff to ensure seamless care delivery
Ensure compliance with HIPAA, security, and clinical documentation standards
Troubleshoot basic technical issues and liaise with IT as needed
Contribute to a collaborative, patient-first, and community-minded culture

Bachelor’s degree in health informatics, health administration, allied health, IT, or related field
Preferred: Experience in outpatient rehab, physical/occupational/speech therapy settings
Familiarity with major EHR systems (e.g., Epic, Athena, WebPT or similar)
Knowledge of HIPAA, security, and clinical documentation standards
Preferred: Certification in health IT, health informatics, or digital health (e.g., CAHIMS, CPDHTS, or similar)
